Our Programmes

Empowering Every Learner Through Inclusive STEAM Education

At Egem Coding Ltd, we believe that every learner deserves access to innovative, inclusive, and hands-on STEAM education — regardless of age, ability, or learning style. Our programmes are designed to serve both neurodiverse and neurotypical learners, promoting creativity, critical thinking, and digital confidence across all levels.

Train the Trainer Sessions

As part of our commitment to sustainability and inclusion, we offer Train the Trainer sessions for educators and teaching assistants in SEND and mainstream schools. Parents, caregivers, and facilitators are also included, as well as youth program coordinators and community leaders. These sessions focus on inclusive STEAM facilitation, adaptive teaching techniques, and practical tech tools, equipping adults to support every learner’s journey regardless of their abilities.

Hour of Code Week

For the past few years, we have continuously participated in the Hour of code with code.org annually. Every first week in December, we visit both neurodiverse and neurotypical institutions to celebrate Computer Science Education Week with the learners. There are lots of fun hands-on activities as well as Coding and Robotics. The learners also receive some merchandise to relive the experience.

Annual Coding Competition

There are annual coding competitions organised within the school where coding club activities are held. This encourages the learners to put on their creativity and innovation hat while utilizing the knowledge gained from the club activities. It encourages healthy competition among learners and boosts their self-confidence. Lots of prizes are up for grabs and certificates of participation.

STEAM Inspire Education Tour for S.E.N.D Learners

In partnership with the Scratch Foundation, we are embarking on a tour across S.E.N.D institutions to introduce the learners to Coding and Robotics as a tool for STEAM Education. This tour is aimed at bridging the technical gap between neurodiverse and neurotypical learners and giving neurodiverse learners the opportunity to experience technology and utilise it. The tour also includes training the educators and the donations of resources to the various SEND institutions to enable them to continue the sessions with their learners.

Physical Coding Clubs at Grade K–12 Schools

We hold weekly clubs for learners at their institution of learning, which involves hands-on Coding and Robotics activities. These learners tinker with LEGO Boost and Spike, as well as Makeblock Codey Rocky and lots of STEAM puzzles. They also work with a range of coding languages specific to their levels and capabilities.

Virtual coding classes

Our virtual coding classes consist of learners from age 7 upwards participating in individual or group online classes. They learn a variety of languages ranging from block-based coding like Scratch, Blockly, code.org, and others. They also learn text-based coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, C#, and all other relevant languages.
